alpha lipoic acid supplements
Should I take Pomegranate supplements or vitamins A and C?
I take vitamin E, Alpha Lipoic Acid, Acidophilus, Evening Primrose, Aloe Vera, and just started taking Pomegranate supplements. I'm 28 years old and for the first time in my life I finally have my acne under control. My skin is 100 percent better (and I feel great) but I'm still getting pimples trying to pop up here and there. The acne I had was internal - there alpha lipoic acid supplements was something off in my system, topical things didn't work. My question is, should start I taking vitamins A and C or continue taking Pomegranate (because it contains those). I've tried birth control pills twice before and they did nothing but make me feel like I had PMS all the time. Didn't help my skin or hormone problems at all. That's why I'm going strictly with natural supplements. Like I said, this is the only thing that has worked. I'm just thinking, because there is still a tiny bit of a problem, I should add something to the regimen. But thanks. Oldtime, I haven't been taking the Pomegranate long enough to know if it will work (just started a couple days ago). After I bought it, I read online about A and C and thought maybe I should take those instead. I'd like to take as few as possible because the cost adds up. Thank you!
